Solving Health Through a Child's Eyes

About

Welcome to Project GoMe

Project GoMe is driven by our son, Braxton, who suffered a Grade IV brain hemorraghe at birth.  Today, Braxton’s journey motivates us to think about life’s moments, health design and innovation.

Brent Anthony is the founder of ProjectGoMe.com. He is also Principal Partner of BDA Health Solutions, a consultant who serves health entities ranging from start-ups to advising health organizations surrounding business strategy, patient engagement, innovation life cycle.

I write and think about the convergence of connectivity, digital health and lifestyle experiences.  As a young father, husband and caregiver, I continue to learn about neurology, pediatric population, and mobile applications.

With more than ten years of experience working with health entities, Brent has proven to be an instrumental leader in healthcare strategy, patient engagement, customer user experience, program management, quality reporting, marketing and integrating technology applications.

Brent previously worked for Johns Hopkins University, Banner Health System, Health Inventures and WakeMed Health & Hospitals. At WakeMed, he was Director of Customer Experience & Operations and Senior Analyst. Overall he has worked with front--line staff to the C--suite in supporting business strategy, patient engagement, pay for performance, quality initiatives, health IT product line launches and project management.

During his professional healthcare journey, Brent has endured two profound family care experiences that continue to seed creative health IT solutions, business collaborations, and partnership engagements with a particular focus on health innovation, strategy, consumer and patient empowerment solutions. Brent is an advocate for addressing the patient, caregiver and the entire team needs when considering health tech solutions, improving patient care experience, and supporting patient health and wellness through emerging technologies.

Brent serves as the organizer for Health 2.0 NC Triangle and on the Board of Directors for the Me Fine Foundation. He is actively working to impact his community through other health initiatives such as fostering ecosystems, community open data projects, educating health entrepreneurs, and other e--patient advocacy efforts.

Brent holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan--Flagler Business School. He resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife and son.
